About Heide Preiss

Heide Preiss is an energetic, savvy Tampa Bay Area REALTOR® from Tallahassee, Florida. Raised as the daughter of a highly successful real estate developer, Heide was immersed in the industry from an early age, developing a strong foundation in real estate, property operations, and market strategy.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University, Heide expanded her career on a national level by relocating to Los Angeles, where she worked in property management at Lantana Media Campus, home to Revolution Studios. This experience sharpened her operational expertise and exposed her to high-profile, complex real estate environments.

Upon moving to Tampa in 2009, Heide joined Cushman & Wakefield, where she supported 42 million square feet of real estate across four Florida markets. This high-level commercial experience gives her a unique advantage in understanding asset value, negotiations, and long-term investment strategy.

Today, Heide leverages her diverse background and advanced education—including a Master of Arts in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and seven years of residential real estate experience—to deliver a strategic yet personable approach and exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Outside of real estate, Heide enjoys scuba diving, traveling with her family, and planning charity events.
