About Marielix Quinones

I’m a U.S.-born, Venezuelan-raised attorney and real estate professional with over 15 years of combined experience across legal advisory, commercial real estate, and residential investment. My career has spanned international law, property management, and high-volume real estate transactions, positioning me as a trusted advisor to families, investors, and business leaders alike.

Before earning my law degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela , I began my legal career at the prestigious international firm MacLeod Dixon S.C. (now Dentons), focusing on corporate, oil, mining, and labor law. Five Years later , I completed a Master’s in Civil Procedure Law. For several years, I worked as a freelance corporate attorney while also managing my family’s commercial real estate holdings in Maracay.

In 2016, I relocated with my family to Tampa, Florida. What began as a short-term transition became a defining chapter in my professional journey. I entered the real estate industry to explore investment opportunities and quickly discovered a deep passion for the business. Since then, I’ve built a strong network of both residential and investor clients, handled multiple concurrent transactions, and consistently doubled production year-over-year.

My commitment to professional growth has remained unwavering. I passed the National Loan Officer Exam, completed the first training with the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute, and became a member of both the Florida West Coast Chapter and the national CCIM network. These experiences have and will expand my knowledge of commercial real estate strategy and also given me access to powerful business tools such as Site To Do Business.

Now, with my children preparing for college and my family’s transition back to the U.S., I’m focused on bringing my legal, commercial, and transactional expertise to the next chapter of my real estate career. I’m deeply passionate about serving families and investors with integrity, insight, and a dedication to building lasting relationships.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, dancing, cooking from scratch, and hosting intimate, meaningful gatherings around my table - always grounded in connection, generosity, and joy.
